Last year in Revenue in my coaching business I closed north of $150K. This year I originally said I wanted to make $300K but in reality I really want to make $500K. I am still working my day job and this number would allow me to seriously consider leaving. My question is, I know the result I want is $500K but to be honest, at $500k or even when it was $300K I don’t know the HOW (yes I know .. don’t get stuck on the How) but also struggling to fill out the rest of my model. ADVICE please thx.
