I started a new business in September and have been able to function without writing out my monthly or weekly plan up until now. I have sat down to create a calendar and schedule out what needs to get done a handful of times and it has been the most painful process for me every time. I begin to follow the schedule/calendar and I get off track about the 3rd day in each time. I believe that I am being over ambitious when scheduling myself time to work and any time I get knocked off track it feels like I’m back to the drawing board. I recently started thinking of hiring a freelance administrative assistant to help me with my organization and scheduling. I think that having extra help in that area of my business could help me be more efficient and spend less time procrastinating. Is hiring an admin at this stage of my business advisable?
