How Do I Find And hire my Team?

I need a mini me, but better. I am in need of a personal assistant that can grow with my business. Ideally to start I’d like them to handle webinar technical issues, posting links for people that ask questions, attend my FB lives to delete and block in appropriate people, clear out and unsubscribe my ridiculous email inbox of 11,000 emails, handle customer service emails and billing issues.

My specific question is how do I find my person? I have a vision for my company to grow and I cannot/do not want to do it all on my own, it’s time to hire. Eventually having them be in a management type position to implement my vision.
