How do I know if my give results up front is too much results up front?


I own a hormone health practice. I am currently offering a free consult (in person or telehealth), free labs, and free lab reviews. The reason I do this is I know that if I can point out to someone how I can fix their symptoms and lab work that it is a very easy sale. I am not having much response to this amazing offer through advertising on social media. It’s worth up to $2,000 for what I’m offering and no one is interested. I don’t know if it’s that people just don’t know they need it OR are they assuming that the deal is too good to be true? Do I increase my price and offer something smaller upfront? Thanks:)
