How do I make an irresistible offer as a plastic surgeon without discounting my services?

I’m doing the entrepreneur course on scholars. I’m struggling to come up with an irresistible offer for my patients. I offer non-surgical procedures to make people look less tired/saggy etc. To make them look the way they feel.

How can I make my offer irresistible without discounting?

There is a high overhead cost to providing these services, and I’m struggling to apply this concept to my business.

If I offer my services for a high discount, I will not be able to offer the same quality. I know Brooke doesn’t mean to provide cheap services, but how do I give my patients added value in my practice? I do this by providing thorough consults, and by meticulous technique and timely follow ups. Looking forward to your suggestions.
