It feels daunting to tackle tracking, sheets, PNL, new terms, etc. Then it is advised to get an accountant and sit with them quarterly. File an S corp- I was told a C corp has more advantages if your partner has a high income? Is there a class or way to get a patient accountant say for learning disabilities?
