I am not doing this right


Good morning. Often my thought is “I am not doing this right”. I am on to myself, so am working to change this thought as it makes me feel anxious. But I also want to be more accepting that sometimes this thought comes up. I would love feedback on this intentional model. Here are the unintentional and then intentional models….

Unintentional
C: Listening to podcast
T: I am not doing this right
F: anxiety
A: spinning, doubt, overthinking, questioning
R: I didn’t have a great night like I had hoped

Intentional
C: Thinking I am not doing it right
T: this is normal for me to be questioning myself
F: reassured
A: keep going, do thought work, be curious, focus on my reading, enjoy my reading
R: move forward with my night with clarity in my business
