I am struggling to get the pricing of my offering right. I haven’t sold many of my expensive packages, therefore I offered a cheaper “starter” session to lower the entry barrier. Now I don’t know what price to offer to people who bought the starter session who want to continue.

C: I have been sitting here for 3 hours without sending the offer email that I wanted to send
T: I have to get the pricing right.
F: like drowning
A: Not sending the offer email that I wanted to send
R: No offer out

What now?
Change the T line to: It doesn’t matter what I charge?
Then I think: But my pricing has to be consistent.
