The question popped up after seeing the latest coaching on money by Jody (great session by the way, very powerful)

I am an orthodontist. Now with covid-19 and lockdowns going on ( there will be more later this year I think) I want to shift my “product” from fixed braces towards alignertherapy
It is removable… so the patient is less dependent of the orthodontist and for the orthodontist it is less stressy, fewer in office controls, videoconsultation is possible ..
BUT is is far more expensive
So as a healthcare provider what to tell a single mother who says : I cannot aford it
while I know her child would benefit from it. So it does become a moral issue to me being a healthcare provider
