I want to make a better use of my time and bring more value into the world

I’m a freelancer, and I want to organize myself to get more free time, more money, and better opportunities. I realize I get exhausted by the way I use to manage my career.
With this in mind, I wonder if I should keep or let go a recurrent commission I get every month.
It’s taking me 10 hours, I get the same amount of money, it’s not creative, it’s not very well paid, and I don’t learn anything new or challenge myself. I think I’m at this point in my career when I’m experienced enough to make a better use of my time and to bring more value into the world than working on this commission.

A I write a list of the projects I want to keep, the commissions I want to stop, the new projects I want to develop, the skills I want to learn. I picture myself as an experienced professional. I write emails to get interesting commissions. I work on my main personal project. I do math to guess how much I could earn.
R I focus on my professional growth

Letting this commission seems like the right thing to do right now, but I have second thoughts: maybe I won’t manage to do the new projects, it may be harder, I will have less money at the beginning… I guess my brain is afraid to jump into a new chapter?
