I coach leaders in manufacturing (they’re primarily men) to create their visions for their departments by believing it’s possible.
This is what I do, but I worry this will not resonate with manufacturers. Their first thought will be, it will take more than believing and happy thoughts to create results and they will immediately dismiss the headline before they even give it a chance.
The thought that is coming up for me is ‘you won’t know until you test it’, but since I am anticipating that it will happen should I listen to myself and prepare for it? Like have a back-up offer? But, when I do, I get stuck, because I love my offer as it is and it feels a little bit like not accepting my baby for who it is. 🙂
Any help overcoming this bump in the road?
