I’m developing a premium offer and have some entrepreneur friends who have agreed to give feedback before I send it out to my list or publish a sales page–that’s great! I also know that LCS says 10 sales means my offer is validated. What I’m wondering is whether to sell the program first and then develop it or have it ready to go when people sign up. How do I know what my “minimum viable product” is?
