I’m in my second month and loving scholars!!!
I have been posting on Facebook and Instagram for my new Health Coaching business. Before doing this, I had been off of all social media for a year and loving it! I see how it is helping me get the word out about my business, but I do not like being back on social media, checking for likes are responding to questions. I also struggle with promoting on something that I think can be damaging and addictive to people
1. How important do you think it is to be on FB and Instagram?
2. Do you think these are thoughts that I need to over come or just me staying away from an energy drain?
