Is it OK to be a weight loss coach if I’m trying to loose weight myself?

I am implementing “Brooke’s method” but I still haven’t lost all the weight that I’d like to.
I have to lose around 40-45 pounds.
I would love to coach women to loose weight and adopt healthy eating habits.
Would it be ok to start now or would I wait until I lose the weight, so I can “walk the talk”?
