Last-minute client cancelations


This past week I have had paying 3 clients cancel last minute. I have a one-page agreement at sign up, that states the session (money) will be lost if not canceled within a 24 hour period. I have no issues sticking to my cancelation period when I don’t know the client but most of my clients are people I know from my other business, which makes this complicated for me so I let them slide. This is making me feel like I have a chaotic coaching practice and I don’t like that at all. Not sure if aside from the agreement, I should have an initial verbal conversation with all my clients. I’m feeling frustrated and resentful and would like to nip this in the bud.
