Hi there – I’m a long-time executive coach & recently learned about the self-coaching model. I love it and joined SCS to learn more an apply it to my own life.

My question is how life coach certification might work for someone who primarily identifies as an exec coach and works with business leaders? In other words – I see lots of application for this model in a workplace context.

What I’m wondering is whether you have exec coaches also go through certification?  In general, is this tool used in the workplace?
