I’m a career coach that primarily works with clients via phone. I would love to start offering Zoom calls to my clients as well, but I’ve struggled with setting up the right background, lighting, and sound (it never seems to come out right). With a high school student and husband currently working from home, I also have had to move around frequently and my client calls are taking places in different locations in my house, where I could potentially run into even more challenges with proper lighting and background. I was thinking about order some sort of backdrop/screen that I could move around with me, and was wondering if there is a way to use artificial light (or a particular kind of lamp?) so that my lighting is effective for my calls. Wondering if it’s ok to use my Macbook speaker and microphone, or if I should invest in a headset for calls as well. Thanks!
