I listened to Brooke’s audiobook on how it’s not better here nor there. I’m having a hard time wrapping my mind around that and am seeking clarification.

I’m starting my own business which if successful: will give me the flexibility to work my own hours and not have to report to an unreasonable boss. Either way, I’m getting satisfaction out of learning the ropes and will be selling products I’m passionate about.

So how is the possibility of going from a 9 to 5 job with limited time off in an industry I’m not excited about not better here nor there than having things I crave: being able to choose my own hours and work from where I’d like in an industry I’m excited about.
