I’m opening a business, and I want to hire a manager.

Asked the person to write the salary and the commission that she wants. She wrote the salary and the commissions that she wants, but she didn’t write anything about a percentage she has to take from the net profits.

Do I have to mention it to her or I give her what she asked for only?
