Managing My Emotions During The Proposal Process

I am a business strategist who helps MDs grow their practices. I have recently added employees and starting to put additional pressure on myself to close contracts. I’m finding myself going through a very emotional process from the time of proposal through the negotiation to close. Feeling anxiety and having trouble focusing on other things while I’m playing out scenarios in my head. I know in my Brain that I just need to let it play out and my emotions will not impact one way or another. I am trying to work myself through the model with positive thinking but can’t seem to break these habits. Advice would be greatly appreciated!
