Managing My Mind (and Blood Pressure!) When a Client Annoys Me


I’m looking for which course in the Study Vault would be helpful in the following situation: a client says something really frustrating (or just flat out annoying) and I can feel my blood pressure rise, and my thoughts go racing into “I can’t believe they said that to me” and “How dare they treat me this way after everything I’ve done for them.”

Then I tend to get angry and fixated. It doesn’t happen very often but when it does, I need some strategies for handling it. Can you provide some advice or suggestions? Or point me toward the best course to help? Thanks!
