Marketing for high dollar service oriented business model

I am a residential interior designer with a target market of families building new homes, or major renovation with a furniture scope for 3 or more rooms. These families desire a tailored home, with a curated and comfortable aesthetic that is durable and practical for a family lifestyle.
Question: 1) do I need to niche down further.
Question 2): does Brooke offer a marketing program or webinar, etc that is geared toward a service business model with a premium price tag? Thanks!
