I decide to launch my mini course. I have it all done I have a timeline and an idea of how the funnel is going to work. And I am terrified to work on it. I was procrastinating all night even finishing the course, but made myself honor the commitment. (Leaned into the dread) Now when I am writing out the funnel I am finding my brain wanting to procrastinate again.

C: Tasks for launching & funnel
T: I’m not sure of the best way to do this.
This is going to take forever to do.
I can just do it tomorrow.
What if it doesn’t sell?
What if it doesn’t work?
F: Dread; confused
A: struggle to do any work
R: It’s for sure going to take forever. I still want to do it tomorrow!

Clearly, this is a pattern and need some help!
