I would like some assistance with an intentional model please with regard to overdrinking.
When doing an IM with a client, we start with the result that they want in the R line, (e.g. 2 glasses of wine, 2 nights a week).
Do we then also put the R in the C line as it is their goal? Do we then go down from the C or up from the R? Or do we go from the R, up to the F to find out how they are feeling, then what T they are having from that Feeling then get the A’s?
I thought Brooke did a video on this and I did look but couldn’t find it.
