I am, using MHO since the last month and am really excited about the experience I am having in my work results. I run an online business and I also booked the entrepreneurial management course which I find extremely helpful.
I work with employees and freelancers and the question that popped up in my mind is, if I can also ask a freelancer to use it, because he is not part of the “fixed team” and maybe that is too much to ask? I would like to ask everyone (who works with me on a regular basis) working for me to send in their calendars, to also have control of what they do and create repeatable processes?
How would you communicate this?
Or is this asked too much?
