Monday Hour One Struggles

I made an amazing Monday Hour 1 calendar at the start of the week, and then didn’t take much action on it but felt frustrated and did a whole lot of buffering activities! How can I get better at managing myself so I can live more intentionally and live into my full potential?

C: This week I accomplished one task (out of the 20 I wrote down) from my initial Monday Hour One Calendar.
T: I am HORRIBLE at managing myself and my time.
F: Frustrated
A: I avoid making another Monday Hour One Calendar. I avoid my to-do list altogether. I buffer my frustrated feelings with YouTube videos, calling friends, cooking, running – anything but looking at the to-do list and working on my business.
R: I continue to NOT make progress with all the things I need to get done and get even more behind. The cycle continues.
