Narrowing down submarket niche for new coach/teacher

I am a new coach, working on launching a series of courses focused on using the Enneagram personality system to help manage your mind. I have spoken with 15+ ideal customers and asked about their problems and pain points and they fall into three broad categories – help me improve my relationship (or find a mate), help me be a better parent, or help me figure out what to do with my life professionally (figure out what I want to do, how to deal with a difficult boss/coworker, or get a promotion). I have an MBA and eventually would like to work in a corporate space, but because I am currently homeschooling my teens, I still want to be available to them, I’ve decided to focus initially on relationships to begin building my business. I am having a hard time picking a submarket in the niche of relationships. Are those 3 broad categories different niches?

At a high level: I teach people how to understand the unconscious patterns that are holding them back and build their self-observation skills, so that they can get out of their own way and experience more connection and joy. Through the process of developing self-compassion, they are able to get perspective on their situations and have more compassion for others, thus eliminating most of the drama in their life.

People would google me with these types of terms: what is the Enneagram, how can I use the Enneagram, how can I understand my spouse/partner, preparing a difficult conversation, parenting teens, finding my purpose, understanding my needs.

The solution I’m offering is a combo of video courses and 1:1 coaching. The first course is an introduction to the Enneagram and helps people figure out their personality type. And then there will be a course for each of the types – walking through the core fears and unconscious patterns as well as offering a specific growth path for their type. I’m planning to offer group coaching opportunities around parenting, work, and love once these foundational courses are complete. But I’m having trouble getting concrete on the niche and how to market this course.

Thank you for any advice you can offer.
