Narrowing niche: compelling solution

Hello. I worked on the narrowing niche worksheet & found it helpful. I found it hard though to clearly & succinctly spell out what is compelling about what I offer. I am a therapist working with adolescents and also parents of adolescents, so I already had a niche when joining Scholars, but I want to take it a step further.

Here’s what I have done so far, would love ideas to take it further.

1. Does your problem fit into one of these broad categories?
health & relationships

2. Have you narrowed it down to a submarket within the larger market?
Therapy for adolescents
Therapy for parents of adolescents

3. What exactly would someone Google to find you?
My adolescent is depressed
My adolescent is withdrawn
is anxious
is self harming
is suicidal
what else ????

4. What is your solution to their problem and why is it compelling?
I feel that what I offer and the work I do is super important for parents and for adolescents themselves who are so stuck when they come to me. I intuitively know the value of the work I do, on my own or with colleagues, but how to put it in words clearly & then market it further?
