I am a weight loss physician in Canada. I run a medical clinic for weight loss with dietitians and physicians. We sell an initial 6 month program for $897 (I know, it’s very low…). I’m struggling with what to sell for ongoing support. So far, we just sell another package of 6 visits and then continue like that. I haven’t figured out how to really “sell” the transformation – as a physician I focus on the medical improvements. Also I want to increase the price but then struggle with how to explain the price increase to our renewing patients.
