I head a team and a large client replaced our old client contact with a new one.  After just a short time, she had been somewhat aggressive and asked to work with a younger member of the team on a day to day basis.

For some reason, I have been in a loop feeling terrible and can’t seem to set up a model that helps. I asked for feedback and want to be the type of person who cooly and non defensively accepts feedback.
