My business consists of two facets. An advertising platform for people wanting to rent their furnished homes for Corporate Housing. Second, I also teach people all the steps and systems in place for them to learn how to do it. I have narrowed my niche down to Corporate Housing for Realtors and my mind is running blank when I think of making an offer to help. Is offering to maintain their properties rented. Or offering a stress-free option to rent their properties an offer? Is this value? Am I supposed to offer something else?
