I am starting a weight loss online business. Currently, my niche is overweight, overwhelmed moms (that see their kids following in their footsteps) that want to lose their weight for the last time by rebuilding their thoughts around food.
I am thinking that really just means I am marketing to overwhelmed, overweight moms (because, they don’t know they want to do the mental work until I tell them about it), and that is way to broad.
Should I add teachers as one of my qualifiers? Overwhelmed, overweight teachers by day, moms by night?
TIA for your help. I am torn which direction to go. (And, yes, I am a teacher, a mom, previously overwhelmed and overweight.)
