My niche is 40-50 something year old women, well educated, affluent (enough to afford coaching), who understand and value their health but have had trouble keeping their exercise routine from slipping off their plate. Mu program will help them set a goal, learn how to be committed, improve their self motivation and reach their fitness/health goals.
Is this specific enough? I am in a health/wellness coaching certification program. Every client will be different and have individual, different needs, but the program will teach her how to honor her commitment to herself.
