Hi, My niche is women in the age range of 25-35 that have lost their period due to dieting, overexercising and have a general sense and fear of weight gain (which they will have to gain in order regain it). I also wanted to include women that may not have officially lost their periods but are also been dieting for years, dislike their bodies and need to heal their relationship with food/exercise and themselves. Is this two different niches? Is it narrow enough? They both have the similar result of learning to heal their relationship with food, exercise and themselves.
