Using the Core market -> submarket -> niche model I have Health as the core market and American expat women living in Italy who are suffering from culture shock as the niche. I’m stumped on what the submarket is. At first I thought it was mental health, then I thought it was expatriates, and now I’m confused. Does it even matter (I think it does, but that could be my pesky perfectionist gremlin speaking)? Is my niche of American expat women living in Italy who are experiencing culture shock too broad? Too narrow? Thanks so much for some insight here.
