Is my niche too broad? How can I shorten up my statement? Is it necessary to shorten it?

I am currently transitioning my niche. I have narrowed it down to Relationships. Then to: helping middle aged (Ages 35-50) Parents in Professional Leadership roles increase production at work by improving Leader/worker/coworker relationships and relationships in family life by learning to eliminate drama and learn to lead themselves and those they lead with love.  My current coaching company is called: Leading With Love Coaching LLC
