Niche problem or conversion problem


My niche is mum whose children are struggling in school : bad grades, no motivation, don’t want to make homework, etc..
The solution I offer them is :
1. Via my 6 weeks coaching pgm :
First, I explain mums were there fears are coming from, and I show them how it make them act with their child and the results it bring.
In a second step, I show them that their child is using same ctfar model and then I show them how they can start to influence or even coach him/her by themselves with this new knowledge…

2. I also propose online formations for creating emotion like motivation on demand, or showing how to change their mindset for school…

I had been working on this during 4 last years on the side of my regular job, and since almost one year I am working on this full time…

My income is not what I expected :
I hoped to be able to deliver myself a salary but I couldn’t even break-even… 12000€ spend, only 6000 earned in one year…

Now here are my numbers for 2018: 2400 mails collected, 80 online formations sold, 35 mini session appointments, 1 coaching pgm sold.

Do you think I have a niche pb or conversion pb?

And now, with such results, I don’t have more money to use for fb ads…
What advice can you give me?
