I was a stay at home mom for 16 years and was married to a police officer who is now FBI. I also have a daughter that is a nurse and I see how crazy schedules can negativity impact marriages. I also love health and fitness. Just a little background on where my ideas are coming from. I have never placed a question in this forum so not even sure if this is the kind of question i can ask…just looking for an opinion on the below ideas.
