Serve: women in their 40s and 50’s who are stressed and feel anxious about taking a yoga class in a studio for fear of judgement.
Problem: help these women manage stress and anxiety. Relieve their fear of judgment of their body when taking a class.
Solution: Virtual private yoga session. Judgement free zone where they learn yoga poses that work for their body at their pace. No spandex needed!
