I have struggled with overwhelm, anxiety, self-doubt, going all in and then dipping in motivation, and some other things that have made it hard for me to juggle diverse demands on my time. Thought work is helping me shift my perspective and I was also recently diagnosed with ADHD and have immersed myself in learning about it.
Iām not sure whether to offer to coaching to moms looking to achieve work-life balance/joy or to women who want to work with rather than against their ADHD brains/tendencies to live, work and parent with more confidence, clarity, calm and joy. I am worried that if I market as an ADHD coach I will alienate others who are struggling, but I think I could best help women with ADHD who are struggling to achieve work-life balance especially after having kids.
