Hi – I started doing the Self Coaching Scholars because I wanted to see if this was a career that I would enjoy. I’m already a leadership mentor for my hospital system, but I find there is a great void of true knowledge of how to lead in the nursing leadership profession. We tend to promote nurses because they are good nurses, not good leaders.
How do you pursue a niche when you are already employed doing a little bit of the same thing? Is Self Coaching scholars the best place for me if my goal is to be a coach?
