While working on the Obstacles and Strategies worksheet, I noticed that all the obstacles I wrote down were just my thoughts. Is this the designed way to fill out the obstacles, or should I be thinking of obstacles that are actual facts?
For example, my obstacles are:
1. Men don’t want life coaching
2. Families with young kids (my people) can’t afford coaching
3. I don’t have a big enough following
4. I don’t have any current clients
All of these were my own thoughts except number 4. Would it be best to create obstacles that are facts, like my number 4 obstacle?
