One emotion, Interest Checklist

I’ve listed my 2 models here for my niche. Hoping for feedback 🙂

Current emotion: Complacent

C: Weight loss
T: I don’t have the time
F: Complacent
A: Prioritize family, work, everything but myself, keep overeating and not making any changes in diet/exercise
R: I don’t make the time to lose weight, and actually keep gaining

New emotion: Confident

C: Weight loss
T: I know how to manage my time in a way that will set me up for weight loss success
F: Confident
A: Prioritize myself, my health, make a plan, keep my commitments to myself to eat better and exercise
R: I accomplish my weight goal
