Overdelivering without overworking

I’m launching a coaching practice and feel very excited about it. I’ve crafted my offer, I’ve planned the launch out, I’m putting together a marketing plan. I feel very much excited and highly motivated.

I burnt out two years ago. I’ve always worked more than scheduled. I tend to not know when to stop. Today, I’m letting the excitement around this project turn into unreasonable loads of work (in volume, on rest days, in the evening.) I’m also on a tight schedule: I need a lot of materials to be ready in the next two weeks.

How do I articulate a demanding time frame and free time for myself? Thank you.
