I need some ideas for overdelivering to my clients. I am a cello teacher. I do results ahead of time videos on You Tube and put them on my website for cello students. I teach lessons online and I have fifteen students from before covid that are now online. My rate is fifty for half hour lessons. Have not yet gotten any new students that I did not have before as of yet.

Overdelivering might help. Do you have any ideas about what I might do to overdeliver and get some new online students?
