Plan for my goal and disbelief…


I am in disbelief of my September goal and spinning in confusion.

I don’t know what to do.
I don’t have a plan.
I don’t know the right strategy (perfect strategy) that will get me to the goal.
I have so many things to do.
I am doing so much. (Not really true. Not really taking massive action, but maybe just unclear winging it type of action)

How can I create belief in my goal?

Can you offer me some prompts to create a plan backwards for my goal?
