I am starting my own business and have been charging $80 for one-off session last year and $62 for regular clients.  My partner suggested me to lower my price to get more clients so I could be fully booked and then increase my price.  On the one hand, I feel lowering my price would help me feel less pressure and I have this thought that is too much for people to pay, so I guess that would help me.  But in the other hand, I know I am adding a lot of value to my sessions and it doesn’t feel good to charge the same amount I would earn working as a waitress.  I am not sure of what to choose because it is also true that at the moment I am not getting so many clients and it would be better to charge less and earn more than to charge more and get less clients.
