When I sit to do my work I get drawn to emails for the quick win hit, or I get drawn into supporting my team. Chatting to them makes me feel like I’m doing a great job. All dopamine hits I get it.

I’ve figured that if I break a project down into 15 min sections then it’s a nice quick hit for me and I am more likely to get it done. But I think maybe I need to address why I need to do things in quick hits. Why do I need to be moving from task to task filling up my day with all these little wins? I don’t like having gaps in my day or time with nothing to do.
