QUESTION about webinar: Change Your Life in 31 Days With Brooke

I set a goal for an income of $3000 for January 31st between my coaching/MLM.

I noticed Brooke was recommending a protocol so that we know we showed up consistently every week for that. She gave her example being yoga 3 days a week at the same times every week no matter what. How could I set a goal like this every week so that I know I am “becoming this new person” as I reach my goal of $3k?

An answer that came up for me was:
– Go live 3 times a week at the same time every week and have ONE zoom webinar minimum

Could this potentially be that “protocol” that could possibly lead me to “3k month $$” goal?
