Where does finding purpose and/or meaning fit? What about getting clarity on one’s purpose?

I’ve been in business for over a decade helping CEOs and business leaders find more purpose and meaning in their life and business. They’re not really concerned about money anymore. They really want to find their greater purpose and or to leave a legacy. Where does all of this fit into the framework?
